For Spring/Summer 2026, Pomandère approaches denim as a living, tactile surface—one that narrates time, movement, and the depth of the landscape. Within the Dreamy Saloon collection, denim becomes an expressive language, merging advanced textile research, innovative treatments, and an aesthetic that recalls the authentic, dust-laden soul of the West.
The Pomandère SS26 denim offering unfolds through two key developments, each defined by experimental processes and a strong visual identity.
Carbon denim with white weft is treated with laser abrasion followed by a light wash, creating a controlled used effect that feels deep, refined, and sophisticated. The surface appears worn yet balanced, preserving structure and definition. In outerwear, floral details emerge through laser needling techniques, generating a subtle raised graphic effect—discreet and poetic—adding tridimensionality to the fabric.
Alongside this interpretation, bull denim is dyed in three chromatic variations using an exclusive indigo–sulphur technique. Differentiated dyeing and reserve effects create intense contrasts between deep indigo and mineral tones, giving the garments remarkable chromatic richness and a pronounced sense of depth. The resulting surfaces feel dynamic and layered, evoking the strength and irregularity of the natural landscape.
Within the narrative of Dreamy Saloon, denim moves beyond its traditional function to become a storytelling material. Each treatment is conceived to express resilience, freedom, and movement, in constant dialogue with Pomandère’s identity and its commitment to research and production quality.
With this dedicated focus, Pomandère SS26 reaffirms denim as a core element of its stylistic vocabulary: an authentic material in continuous evolution, capable of merging innovation and memory, transforming matter into a contemporary narrative.
