From April 10 to 12, 2026, the Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Pavia will host the thirteenth edition of PaviArt, the Modern and Contemporary Art Market Exhibition recognized as one of the most important events in the Italian and international contemporary art scene.
Over the years, PaviArt has consolidated its prestige, attracting a qualified audience of collectors, critics, and industry professionals, confirming itself as a privileged platform for dialogue between tradition and experimentation, market and research, established masters, and emerging new voices.
The 2026 edition will feature the consolidated participation of over 70 national and international galleries, offering a broad and detailed overview of the most current artistic trends. Painting, sculpture, installations, photography, digital art, live performance and multidisciplinary languages will be intertwined in an exhibition path capable of telling the vitality and continuous evolution of the contemporary scene.

The news of the 2026 edition
Among the main new features this year is the introduction of a new pavilion entirely dedicated to sculpture, which will present works of the highest caliber, highlighting one of the most significant languages of contemporary research.
The Talk Area will be created on the first floor of the building, a space dedicated to conferences, workshops, and in-depth meetings organized in collaboration with foundations, archives, cultural institutions, and local partners.
Among the protagonists: Chiolini Archive Foundation, Friar Sole Foundation, Remo Faggi Foundation, Cinecittà Light Archive, The Small Cloister of San Mauro, Volta Institute – Art High School, Conservatory of Music “Franco Vittadini” of Pavia.
The Conservatory “Franco Vittadini” will inaugurate the event with a short concert on Friday, April 10th during the invitation-only vernissage, followed by a full concert on Saturday, April 11th.
On Sunday the 12th at 4 pm there will be the meeting “Artificial Intelligence in the World of Contemporary Art”, part of the Pavia Innovation Week program, a festival that will enliven the city during the central week of April.
The presence of cultural associations and public bodies will help strengthen the dialogue between art, education, and the local community, underscoring PaviArt’s role as an event capable of engaging the entire local and national cultural system.
